So, I know that we need the rain and all in the South, but seriously, is God trying to drown us? It has rained for four days straight and I feel like my fingers and toes are going to get all wrinkly, you know like when you stay in the bath tub too long....it's gonna happen at any moment, I'm quite sure! :) Rain is just the worst for your mood too. I mean, I wanna stay in the bed...watch stupid sappy movies that I know will make me cry...and there is no motivation to do anything from my part. I'm ready for spring time, minus the allergies. I'm ready to take Bennett outside and play. I'm ready to not be cooped up in my house!
And the other thing, I love the view from my front porch...It is truly breathtaking. I can see three different cities and South Carolina from my front porch. But, I haven't been able to see it in FOUR days!!!
This picture was taken on a "clear" day. You can still see fog in the distance...
The fog at my house is AwFuL. You can drive 2 minutes either way away from my house and have no fog. But, at Sarah's home...you can't see your freaking front yard!!! Okay, so I've complained enough. I will just be thankful for the rain and be extra appreciative of the sun...whenever it comes out!

Send some of that rain farther south to Florida. We need it right now.
I'm right there with ya sista!!!
I've learned just to take any window of opportunity and walk outside! Even it it's cold and cloudy we just bundle up and go out just to run around, splash on the water puddles!! Then you run inside, take your clothes off (your toddler's normally ... not my own), get some hot chocolate and watch those cheesy movies - ok it's Mickey Mouse Club House, Diego or Dora - :)
I AM READY FOR S P R I N G
I like a rainy day once a month. That's enough for me :) Speaking of sappy movies... Gary and I watched Marley and Me a couple of nights ago. It was soooooo goooood, but when you watch it - have your tissue handy!
